THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made as of September 6, 2000 between 1-800 CONTACTS, INC., a Utah corporation (the "Company"), and R. Joe Zeidner (the "Executive"). This Agreement shall be deemed to be effective as of September 6, 2000 (the "Effective Date").
