IWT TESORO CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), invites Noble International Investments, Inc. as its exclusive Selected Dealer ("Selected Dealer") in a private offering of up to 250,000 Units (the "Units"). Each Unit consists of one share of the Company's Common Stock and a warrant to purchase one share at $7.00 per share (the "Offering").
