procedures with respect to any Certificated Notes denominated in any currency (including composite currencies) other than U.S. dollars will be agreed upon by the parties at the time such Notes are sold. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the Prospectus or-the Indenture shall be used herein as therein defined. To the extent the procedures set forth below conflict with the provisions of the Notes, the Indenture, DTC’s operating procedures or the Agency Agreement, the relevant provisions of the Notes, the Indenture, DTC’s operating procedures and the Agency Agreement shall control.
