B452583(9), issued on 30/05/1990, living at Flat C, 1/F, Sunrise Court, 95 Blue Pool Road, Hong Kong, and Mr. Lui Che Woo, married, holder of the Hong Kong Identity Card no. A481605(9), issued on 26/06/1990, living at 29/F, Ka Wah Centre, 191 Java Road, Hong Kong, with powers to bind the company.
