As an employee of Janus Capital Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), or one of its Consolidated Subsidiaries, you ("Participant") have been selected to participate in the Janus Mutual Fund Share Investment Plan, as may be amended from time to time (the "Plan") for the [ ] plan year.
