We look forward to welcoming you to EMC Corporation ("EMC") following the merger between EMC and Iomega Corporation ("Iomega"). This Letter Agreement is conditioned upon the merger; if the merger is not consummated, this Letter Agreement shall be void and of no force or effect. In this Letter Agreement, we are pleased to confirm your employment with EMC as COO, Iomega Division. You will report to Jon Huberman and will be based out of your current Iomega office or at such other office as EMC may assign to you within a reasonable commuting distance, but not to exceed 50 miles from your current Iomega office.
