THIS SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of June 8, 2008, (the "Effective Date") is made by and between International Rectifier Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Timothy E. Bixler ("Employee"). This term of this Agreement extends from the Effective Date through the End Date.
