EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of February 13, 2014, by and between Reverse Mortgage Investment Trust Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Robert Sivori, residing at the address set forth in the Company’s records (the “Executive”).
