Introductory. Yintech Investment Holdings Limited, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), proposes to issue and sell to the several underwriters named in Schedule A (the “Underwriters”) an aggregate of [·] American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing 20 ordinary shares, par value US$0.00001 per share, of the Company (each an “Ordinary Share”).
