We have agreed to act as the exclusive agent of Temporary Financial Services, Inc., a Washington Corporation ("Company"), pursuant to an Underwriting Agreement between the Company and us ("Underwriter"), which may be obtained from us on written request, for the sale to the public of an aggregate of 800,000 Shares of Common Stock, par value $0.001 ("Shares").
