As a follow-up to our discussions regarding your intent to retire, this letter (the "Amendment") will serve to amend certain provisions of the Employment Agreement, dated March 29, 2019, between you and SunOpta Inc. (the "Agreement"), and the equity award agreements relating to the Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Stock Options, and Performance Share Units (PSUs) described below.
