This Restrictive Covenants Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of ______, 20__ by and between ______ (“Executive”) and CIRCOR International, Inc. (the “Company”). Executive acknowledges that the below restrictions on Executive’s activities during and after Executive’s Employment or other service relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (Executive’s “Employment”) are necessary to protect the good will, Confidential Information (as defined below), trade secrets and other legitimate interests of the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates.
