Bohls whose principal address is 401 Shillington Dr., Evansville, IN 47725-8105 (hereinafter called (“Consultant”) and Vectren Corporation whose principal address is 1 Vectren Square, 211 N W Riverside Drive, Evansville, IN 47708 (hereinafter “Company”).
