The following terms constitute a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you, as an investor (“Investor” or “you”) and Robert Ventures Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its subsidiaries, collectively “RVH,” “our,” “we” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Bonds (the “Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from RVH. Prior to completing your purchase of Bonds, by executing this Agreement, you acknowledge you have reviewed the RVH Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) on our website at www.robertventures.com, and any subdomain thereof (collectively, the “RVH Site”).
