The following terms constitute a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you, as an investor (“Investor” or “you”) and Robert Ventures Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its subsidiaries, collectively “RVH,” “our,” “we” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Bonds (the “Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from RVH.
