This Confidential Separation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the last date indicated below between The Travelers Indemnity Company (the “Company,” and together with The St. Paul Travelers Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, collectively, the “Company Entities”), and the undersigned employee, T.
