THIS AGREEMENT is made as of June 25, 2009 by and between PFPC TRUST COMPANY, a limited purpose trust company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (“PFPC Trust”) and THE INDUSTRY LEADERS FUND, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”).
