This Severance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 15th day of December, 2014 (the “Commencement Date”), between Monogram Residential Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Monogram Residential OP LP (the “Operating Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership (collectively, the “Employers”), and Mark T. Alfieri (the “Executive”).
