THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 4th day of April, 2018, with an effective date of the 6th date of April, 2018 at 4:01 pm EST, by and between Center Coast Brookfield MLP & Energy Infrastructure Fund (the “Fund”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America with its principal place of business at Minneapolis, Minnesota (the “Custodian”).
