This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of February 27, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Nortech Systems Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”), and Jay D. Miller (“Executive”), collectively referred to as the “parties.”
