THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 31st day of March, 2020, by and between BROOKFIELD INVESTMENT FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and QUASAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”). BROOKFIELD PUBLIC SECURITIES GROUP LLC (f/n/a Brookfield Investment Management Inc.), the investment advisor to the Trust (the “Advisor”), is a party hereto with respect to Section 5 only.

THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT, dated as of the last date on the signature block to the Fund Sub-Administration Servicing Agreement, dated as of September 20, 2011, as amended on November 15, 2013, November 1, 2014, May 29, 2015, February 2, 2018, and September 18, 2018 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between BROOKFIELD PUBLIC SECURITIES GROUP LLC (f/k/a Brookfield Investment Management Inc.), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC.
