Whereas Sharp Trading (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Party A"), Sharp Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"), Sharp Office Equipment (Changshu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Party C") and Junzhang Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
