This Amendment No. 1 to the Business Combination Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of April 28, 2023, by and between Galata Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (“SPAC”), Galata Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned direct subsidiary of SPAC (“Merger Sub”), and Marti Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
