This Separation Agreement (this “Separation Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (defined in Paragraph 17, below) by and between WiSA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “WiSA”) and George Oliva (the “Executive”; together with the Company, the “Parties”).
