This Amended & Restated Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of September 27, 2023, is made and entered into by and between Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company, a Pennsylvania state chartered bank (the “Bank”) and John R. Anderson, III (the “Employee”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces, in its entirety, the Change in Control Severance Agreement between the Bank and the Employee dated as of January 5, 2021 (the “Original Agreement”).
