This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of October 16, 2023 (the “Effective Date’) is entered into between Ernst & Young LLP, a Delaware limited liability partnership (“EY”) and each of the Calamos Trusts listed on Appendix 2 hereof, on behalf of any current or future series of such Calamos Trusts (collectively, the “Client”).

THIS FIRST AMENDMENT effective as of the last date on the signature block, to the Second Amended and Restated Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 14, 2022, (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between CALAMOS INVESTMENT TRUST (“CIT”), a Massachusetts business trust, CALAMOS ADVISORS TRUST (“CAT”), a Massachusetts business trust, CALAMOS ANTETOKOUNMPO SUSTAINABLE EQUITIES TRUST (“CASET”), a Delaware statutory trust (each a “Trust” and collectively the “Trusts”) acting for and on behalf of each series of the Trusts listed on Exhibit A hereto (as amended from time to time) (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS” and, together with the Trusts, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).

This Amendment to the Administration Agreement is made as of October 3, 2023 (the “Amendment”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Administrator”) and each registered management investment company identified on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Trust). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement (as defined below).
