This second amendment (“Amendment”) to the ETF Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of December 19, 2023, by and between Calamos ETF Trust and Calamos Financial Services LLC (together, the “Parties”) is effective as of May 22, 2024.

This Amendment to the Administration Agreement is made as of May 29, 2024 (the “Amendment”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Administrator”) and each registered management investment company identified on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Trust”). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement (as defined below).

This letter confirms that effective May 22, 2024, Calamos ETF Trust (the “Trust”) and Calamos Advisors LLC (“CAL”) have mutually agreed that Schedule A and Exhibit A to the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Trust and CAL dated September 1, 2023, have each been amended and replaced by Schedule A and Exhibit A, respectively, attached hereto.
