Cormark Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., as co-lead agents (together, the “Lead Agents”), together with Canaccord Genuity Corp., Fort Capital Securities Ltd., and Paradigm Capital Inc. (collectively, with the Lead Agents, the “Agents”), understand that Premium Nickel Resources Ltd.
