This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of November 27, 2013, by and between the WST Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of the WST Asset Manager – U.S. Equity Fund, a series of shares of the Trust (the “Fund”), and Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
