THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter "this Agreement") is made effective as of July 31, 2009 (the “Contract Date”), between Mediware Information Systems, Inc., (hereinafter "the Company") and Alan Wittmer (hereinafter the “Executive").
