THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter "this Agreement") is made effective as of January 11, 2010 (the “Contract Date”), between Mediware Information Systems, Inc., (hereinafter "the Company") and Michael Martens (hereinafter the “Executive").
