THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between MTS Systems Corporation, a Minnesota corporation with its principal offices at 14000 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (the “Company”) and Jeffrey A.
