This Amendment to Credit Agreement (this "Amendment") is dated as of the 27th day of July, 2012 and is by and between Orbit International Corp., Behlman Electronics, Inc., Tulip Development Laboratory, Inc. and Integrated Consulting Services, Inc. d/b/a Integrated Combat Systems (each a "Borrower" and collectively, the "Borrowers"), and Capital One, National Association ("Bank") (this "Amendment").
