This Lock-Up Agreement is being delivered to you in connection with that certain Consulting Services Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Agreement"), entered into between Excipio Group, S.A. ("Excipio") and New Millennium Media International, Inc.
