THIS MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of September 8, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) is made and entered into by and between Inyx, Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of Nevada (“Inyx”), and King Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (“King”).
