This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on April 21, 2008, by and between BRE Properties, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Henry L. Hirvela, an individual (“Executive”) and memorializes the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after May 7, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
