THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) entered into effective the 1st day of July 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is by, between, and among United Community Mortgage Crop., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey (the “Employer”), PSM Holdings, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Parent”), and Greg Mahaney (the “Employee”).
