THIS AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is effective as of the 6th day of March, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Lawrence J. This CONSENT, WAIVER AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective the 29th day of February, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CROSS BORDER RESOURCES, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), and TEXAS CAPITAL BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Lender”).
