This AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of March 27, 2015 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between LUMBER LIQUIDATORS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association (the “Bank”).
