You have been granted an option (this “Option”) to purchase shares of the common stock of Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Company’s 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and this Stock Option Award Agreement (this “Option Agreement”). This Option is granted under and governed by the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Option Agreement.
