THIS VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 13, 2017, is made by and among Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Buyer”), and each of the stockholders set forth on Schedule I (each, a “Stockholder” and, collectively, the “Stockholders”).
