This LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of __________ ___, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between Vitellus, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Licensor”), and HappyNest REIT, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (each a “party”, and collectively, the “parties”).
