The Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into on the 1st day of July, 2009, by and between Otter Tail Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (the “Corporation”) and Lauris Molbert (“You”), which does amend and supersede that certain Employment Agreement dated December 31, 2008. The Corporation agrees to employ You and You agree to be employed under the terms of this Agreement as follows:
