THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 14th day of October, 2016, by and between TCG Financial Series Trust VI (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG Primary Liquidity Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, Catalyst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
