THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 14 day of October, 2016, by and between TCG Financial Series Trust X (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG Ultra Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, Catalyst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
