THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1 day of January, 2019, by and between MSS Series Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Footprints Discover Value Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, Footprints Asset management & Research, Inc. (the “Advisor”), a Nebraska corporation.
