THIS AGREEMENT, initially made and entered into on October 19th, 2018, is amended and restated as of April 29, 2019, by and among Collaborative Investment Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter referred to as the "Trust") and Collaborative Fund Services, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as "CFS").

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between COLLABORATIVE INVESTMENT SERIES TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of GLOBAL TACTICAL FUND, (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Fund, GREENWICH IVY CAPITAL LLC (the “Advisor”).
