This Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated March 5, 2021, is made by and among MSS Series Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), Oelschlager Investments LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio (the “Advisor”), and Ultimus Fund Distributors, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio (“Distributor”).
