CHEC Funding, LLC (the “Depositor”), a Delaware limited liability company, has authorized the issuance and sale of Centex Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 20__-_, consisting of (i) the Class AF-1, Class AF-2, Class AF-3, Class AF-4, Class AF-5, Class AF-6, Class AV-1, Class AV-2, Class AV-3 and Class AV-4 Certificates (collectively, the “Class A Certificates”), (ii) the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6 and Class M-7 Certificates (collectively, the “Mezzanine Certificates”) and (iii) the Class B Certificates (the “Class B Certificates”). Also issued are the Class X-IO Certificates and the Class R Certificates (collectively, the “Non-Offered Certificates”). The Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates are collectively referred to as the “Offered Certificates,” and the Offered Certificates and the Non-Offered Certificates are collectively referred to as the “Certificates.”
