This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of September 29, 2009 (this "Agreement") is entered into by and among Ecology Coatings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), Stromback Acquisition Corporation, an Illinois corporation (the "Purchaser") and Richard Stromback.
